XPE Foam (Physically Crosslinked Polyethylene Foam)

Xpe Foam (Physically cross-linked polyethylene foam) is a product group that can be produced with high technology, has superior mechanical properties and has high dimensional stability. After the product is extruded with the help of additives and binders, it is subjected to the Electron Beam process. After the Electron Beam process, the physical properties of the product, which is expanded by the baking operation, increase, and a material with an extremely closed cell structure and smooth surface is obtained. Packaging design can be made with cut plates, rolls, pipes, extra laminated or unlaminated products for different sectors.
