TRANSPORTATION PROBLEMS

– Transportation of parts in the workshop without protection.
-The carrying containers are not suitable for the part.
-Burrs or sandpaper, felt or scotch brite dusts falling inside the transport containers.

CARRIAGE SOLUTIONS

– Putting the parts in a nylon bag.

– Washing the inside of the transport containers after each shipment, if necessary to keep air.

SHIPMENT SOLUTIONS

-Designing and supplying PE_foam (PE_Foam) according to the shape of the parts.
– Taking the parcels according to the appropriate dimensions according to the piece.
-Correct choice of packaging material.
-Choosing cardboard boxes that are resistant to impacts (100-200 kraft), purchasing crates made of triplex cardboard or plywood if necessary.
-Making wooden pallets from pine or plywood.
-Pasting the attention break sign on the cardboard box.
-Identifying the documents of the parts with the barcode system and transferring them to the shipping system.
